Privacy policy

Last updated 19 October 2026

Truenazo is personal software. It is run by one person, on that person's own computer, to post that person's own videos to that person's own Instagram account. This policy explains what data it touches and what happens to it.

Who operates Truenazo

Truenazo is operated by its individual owner (the "operator"). It is not a company, a service offered to the public, or a product with customers. Contact: support@broadvista.ai.

What data Truenazo accesses from Instagram

When the operator connects their Instagram professional account, Truenazo receives and stores:

Truenazo does not read the operator's direct messages, followers, comments, insights, or any other Instagram user's data. It does not access any account other than the operator's.

How that data is used

The access token is used for exactly one purpose: creating and publishing media containers for videos the operator has explicitly asked to post. The published-media log is kept so the operator can see what was posted and when, and so a failed upload can be retried without duplicating a post.

Where the data lives

Everything above is stored in Truenazo's local state directory on the operator's own machine. It is never uploaded to a hosting provider, analytics service, advertising network, or any other third party. The only outside party that receives any of it is Meta, through the Instagram API calls needed to publish.

Video files are temporarily placed where Instagram's servers can fetch them during publishing. That temporary copy is removed once the post is published or the attempt is abandoned.

Sharing

Truenazo does not sell, rent, or share any data with anyone. There are no third-party processors.

Retention

The access token is kept until the operator disconnects the app or it expires and is not renewed. The published-media log is kept until the operator deletes it. The operator can erase all of it at any time by removing Truenazo's local state directory. See data deletion for the steps.

This website

This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and collects no information about visitors. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, whose servers see the request for the font file; see Google's privacy policy.

Children

Truenazo is not directed at children and has no users under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date at the top.
